Lockers Ala Carte.

Secure steel lockers are available as part of the REAL CORPORATE OFFICE package. They are also available ala carte. This is a separate from the included storage of your letterhead, envelopes and business cards. Those materials are not stored under lock and key. The Locker Option allows you and your business to have a secure steel locker in our OBC. The locker is 12x12x12 inches and is secured by a padlock.

This is your private property and would require a court order to be opened by any third party.

Although not as secure physically as a safety deposit box, it is more secure in other ways. We are not a bank. We do not make reports to anyone. There would be no reason for anyone to know you have a private locker in our facility. Our records are not available to any government agency or other third party without a warrant. Access to your box is determined by you. There are a number of options. This is a very unique service, however, rates are reasonable as the smallest private mailbox at the UPS Store (for example) is going to cost you about $20.00 per month. You will be assigned a box number to use for identification and shipping purposes.

Locker payment may be monthly or quarterly. A credit card or debit card must be associated with your account and will be billed. You may pay yearly by credit card, money order or cash. Multi-year payments are also accepted. If your subscripton expires you will be notified. Failure to cure a default within 45 days will result in forfeit of the box and its contents as per the details in our contract. You must purchase a lock from us at $15.00 for your locker or send us the lock to be used.

Signature Option lockers are available only by the year and payment must be made in full for a minimum of one year. Payment can be by personal or company check, credit card, PayPal, wire money transfer, money order, bank draft, cash or Western Union. If paid in person we also accept Travelers Checks.

Access to your box is during normal business hours. After-hours and Sunday access has a one-time fee of $35.00.

1. OPEN OPTION. This allows the box to be used for your mail. All the mail received is stored in the box. We have a key and you have a key. The box doubles as your personal storage and as a mail box with a street mailing address. You are required to complete the necessary U.S. Postal Service forms. You can send packages to your own box for storage. Mail received can be forwarded at a small additional charge. Ala Carte: $38.00 monthly.

2. CLOSED OPTION. You can rent the box and send us the contents. We will place your sealed package into the box. The locker will be locked and you will be sent both keys. After that point only you will be able to enter the locker. Ala Carte: $25.00 per month.

3. RESTRICTED OPTION. This option is offered for situations where we are placing items you send into the box and also taking items out to send elsewhere or return to you. For instance, you can use this option to maintain a secure off-premises backup system for your business. Send us backup tapes, CD's, DVD's or other media. On the schedule you desire you can send us fresh backups and when you want we can send older ones back to you or destroy the old copies, such as when the locker fills up. Any items placed in the box can ONLY be returned to you. No shipments to third parties. Ala Carte: $45.00 per month plus shipping and handling $5.00 fee for any outgoing shipments.

4. SIGNATURE OPTION. We keep the keys. You have no key to be lost or discovered. We don't even need to know your name. Access to the box is by signature only. The signature option is available by mail, internet or in-person. You can send us one package to place into the box at no additional charge. Ala Carte $300.00 yearly.

We will receive and/or ship out up to four packages per year at an additional charge of $15.00 each plus actual shipping costs. Packages can NOT be received or sent by U.S. Mail. Packages can not exceed 11.75 inches in any dimension.

5. SIGNATURE OPTION WITH SHIPPING. We keep the keys. You have no key to be lost or discovered. We don't even need to know your name. Access to the box is by signature only. The signature option is available by mail, internet or in-person. You can send us one package to place into the box at no additional charge. You can have up to two incoming and two outgoing shipments per month. Shipment costs are separate and require a deposit. Ala Carte $900.00 yearly.

We receive and reship packages for you. There is an additional handling charge of $15.00 per shipment plus shipping costs for more than two incoming or outgoing shipments per month. The yearly fee does not cover actual shipping costs. A deposit based on the schedule you provide to cover shipping will be required. The deposit can be paid and renewed monthly. Shipment can NOT be by U.S. Mail. The package can not exceed 11.75 inches in any dimension.
